Yes — many clients start with a smaller scope. As the company grows or the number of users increases, we can upgrade the package without interrupting cooperation.

What happens in the event of an urgent failure or critical issue?

Such cases are handled with priority. For clients under ongoing support, priority response and IT environment monitoring apply.

Yes — we offer solutions for micro-businesses as well as organisations with a dozen or more employees.

Is the cooperation based on a fixed-term agreement?

By default, cooperation starts with a two-year agreement and then continues as an indefinite agreement with a one-month notice period. For larger environments, individual terms are possible.
